Highlight Web text

You may find an important quote or fact on a Web site that you want to keep. You can use Diigo to capture the important text for future reference. Here are the steps for highlighting text on a Web site:

1. Navigate to the page where there is text that you wish to save.

2. Click on the Diigo icon to activate the toolbar.

3. Highlight the text with your cursor. This is usually done my dragging your cursor over the text while holding your left mouse button down (PC).

4. Click on the Highlight button. The down arrow allows you to choose a color.

5. When you go to your Diigo library, in this case, you will see your item listed.

6. Click on the item name to go to the Web page.

7. Click on the Diigo icon to see the highlighted text.
