Using Groups

Groups are a great way to manage incoming questions. Forms can be created to filter questions to created groups. Question handling rules help to automatically distribute questions. Questions can be reassigned based on groups. Here are important topics related to groups: finding groups, creating groups, joining and leaving groups, group profiles, and configuring and using a form.

Finding groups

1. Log into https://ask.extension.org/expert/home.

2. Enter a search term into the field provided at the top of the page.
