Licensing images with creative commons

Creative Commons is a licensing mechanism where you can share your work with others. It works along side Copyright, and allows you to give permission to your your work up front. Creative Commons has six licensing schemes that provide options for how much control you wish to have and how much you wish to give up. Here are the steps for giving permissions in Flickr:

1. Log into Flickr and click on the Organize & Create link.
